My dog hasn't eaten anything for days and I've tried everything. He stopped eating his chicken and soft food, he won't eat any vegetables that I try to give him, he'll barely lick peanut butter, and refuses to have treats. I'm literally trying to feed him bacon at this point, but I don't think it's gonna do anything. He's 15 and my dad is saying he's probably dying. This has all progress over a week.

Hey, my printer recently stopped working saying the filament ran out even though it was still in for use. I checked the sensor and sure enough it was worn down, so I replaced it. But now I'm getting the same message even though I just replaced the sensor and all the wires are connected back to the sensor and printer. If it helps any, I use a longer 5 pro.

My youtube revanced has just stop working and everytime I try to play a video, I get a message saying the content isn't available because the version of YouTube is outdated. I've gone down the rabbit hole a little and can't figure out what to do. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled ReVanced with the latest apk and installed the microG support, but nothing has helped. I even went to trying ReVanced extended and get the same problem.

I really just need to talk about this to someone. I'm in college and I've always loved to learn, but now I don't feel motivated do my school work or to study, but at the same time, when a test roles around and I don't know how to answer the questions I get stressed and care about trying to do well. I've also always beaten myself over the head about having good grades, my parents never had to push me to do good in school. I'm just so stressed about it, the semester is ending soon, and I'm scared I'm gonna fail 2 classes which will be then first time I've ever failed a class.

I've been learning some about rabies and learned about rabies causing hydrophobia. This is just a theory, I'm not saying I know anything about this topic to be knowledgeable, but if we could get someone with rabies to not fear water, could they survive?

The amount of discounts and severity of said discounts turns what is a 20-60 dollar game into a 2-10 dollar game, and valve has been doing this constantly. I'm not complaining, because I get more games for less like you could back in 1970, but it's almost concerning how much Valve is doing this.

Recently, my doctor mentioned that we might want to start thinking about changing my medication (I'm taking Ritalin I think) for my work load as it may not be what I'll need to focus. I've also been having massive mood swings lately, had 2 panic attacks or got overestimated, my mind will completely blank out when I need to think, I'm having trouble talking when I get frustrated, and I've been agitated, and this seems to happen when I take my meds. Am I taking too much or do I need to change the meds?

Personally, it's Faith from Farcry 5 for me. Uninteresting dialog that can be summed up to "I was bullied once" and that's it. Literally every other character is so much more interesting. Jacob gives you a sequence where you run through a gulag which he then uses against you, John tries to kill you and is openly hateful towards you plus is a character you get to interact with, and Joseph is a lunatic who was right.

The same company has been harassing for the better part a year now wanting to buy a property I don't own. I have filled a DO NOT CALL registration, I have blocked their numbers multiple times, I have told them to stop calling and to remove my name from their list, and now I'm getting maybe 1 or 2 calls a day and multiple texts.

I've been trying to fix this problem for about a week now and can't figure out what to do. I got the error "Failed to replace function free in module ucrtbase.dll", went to blender forum for help and was told to open console and change TBB_MALLOC_DISABLE_REPLACEMENT=1, but wasn't given any real explanation on how to open the console.

Hey, so I had recently gotten my laptop back from a repair shop after the frame for the screen came loose, and I just got it back today and the USB port isn't working properly. I try to use my mouse and it doesn't work, I got an older mouse and used it and it doesn't work, but when I try charging my phone from the USB port, it works as normal. If it helps, I've already updated my computer completely and don't see any port errors in device manager.

However, Hanns techniques were very diffrent and even a complete opposite of what you would expect from the nazis, as he didn't torture or deprive his subjects of their needs. In fact, he actually gave them privileges such as being able to roam about the court yard freely anytime they wanted, and in some cases, even let the pilots fly german aircraft for fun. At no point in his career did he ever have to resort to violence, making him actually praised for his effectiveness.

Olga of Kiev, also known as Saint Elena, was a viking queen who live from ~890-925, and ruled in territories of modern day Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. Olga's husband, Igor, was murdered after returning to the tribe of the Drevlians, which had a shaky relation with Igors empire, and murdered Igor when he requested further payment (the payment in question was tribute to Igors predecessors, to which the Drevlians had stopped paying until confronted). Upon Igors death, Olga assumed power of the throne as her son, Sviatoslav, was too young at the time. Just as Olga began to grieve for her husband's death, the Drevlians sent 20 negotiators to try and convince Olga to marry their prince (the reason for this was an attempt to keep Olga from retaliating against the Drevlians). Olga responded calmly and requested they return tomorrow so that she may gather her people to hear the news. The next day, the 20 negotiations returned in their boats, and repeated what they had requested to Olga. Her people then picked up the boats with the men still in them and peraided them through town until they arrived at the court to which they were unceremoniously thrown into a hole, their soon to be grave, with Olga mocking them as they were buried alive. Afterwards, Olga sent a request to the Drevlians to send men to help safely bring her to their kingdom, to which the Drevlians abliged. Upon arrival, Olga offered the men a bath, and when they entered the bath house, Olga herself set the door on fire and let the men burn to death. Olga sent another request for the Drevlians to prepare mass amounts of mead so that when she arrives, they may have a large feast and so she may grieve over her husband's grave. The Drevlians, again, obliged and prepared the mead as requested. Olga did go to the Drevlians and feast and grieve, however had herself and her men not indulge as much as the other attendants. When the attendants had drunk themselves to sleep, Olga and her men killed what is estimated to be 5,000 men in a single night, all of which were the party attendants. Olga would leave and return with an army at her side and a year long conflict would insue. With little results from either side, Olga would request they stop fighting and the Drevlians agreed, though stated they were still scared she still wanted revenge. Olga promised to leave them be under the condition that each house hold bring three pigeons and sparrows to her. When done, each bird had a sack of sulfer tied to their legs, with it set on fire, and released back into the city where almost every house was burned down. This would finally satiate Olga's blood lust. In ~950, Olga would travel to Constantinople and would convert to Christianity, and would then attempt to peacefully introduce her kingdom to it.

Hi, I'm new to lemmy and this is my first post. I've been diagnosed with adhd for a while now and I'm on medication. I've always had issues with memory and was wondering if this could have something to do with my ADHD, as taking the meds seems to help and it's only with small, simple things like what I did today or had for breakfast, sometimes even things I just saw or did seconds ago.
