If they ever open-source I'd like to use it without the server at all.

To be very honest, feature-wise this looks pretty great to me but it being close-sourced and connected to the cloud makes it a complete no-go for me.
This is the hotdog web browser project. It's a web browser with its own layout and rendering engine, parsers, and UI toolkit!

Couldn't find anything on F-Droid. Was wondering if there even is an open-source video editor available for Android.
My friend wanted to install a newer version of Windows on their old laptop and I suggested they use Linux instead. I showed them Pop!_OS and Linux Mint out of which they chose Linux Mint. I thought they would be reluctant to using Linux, but they actually liked it a bit more than Windows! :FeelsGoodMan: While they aren't really interested too much in digging deep into the Linux "ecosystem", I think it's still much better than just using Windows. Just thought I'd share this here. Let me know how your experiences have been in trying to get other people to switch to Linux.

Also, the link for GNU Solfege is incorrect. It should be: https://www.gnu.org/software/solfege/

The link for "Open Source Living" seems to be incorrect. I found https://www.opensourceliving.org/ on searching, but I'm not sure if that's what you're referring to.

Is not being able to read this a part of the joke? 😳

OpenBoard along with FlorisBoard some times. Once FlorisBoard gets suggestions support, I'll probably switch to it completely.

One thing I've started to do from now on is adding a Bandcamp link for that specific release in the post body.

That bright purple makes it very hard on the eyes.
Wondering if this is possible. I couldn't find any option on the search page that allowed to specifically search in a community.

I use Scrambled Exif right now. Could you tell me what issues you have with the dev? I just downloaded it from F-Droid and haven't looked into the dev.

Yeah I read about it and I kinda regret not having used it in time. But honestly I didn't even expect it to be online for as long as it did.

India. The dairy brand I'm talking about is Amul.
shadythgod 4 years ago • 100%
The biggest dairy brand here is a co-operative and I've seen a decent amount of co-operative banks here as well, but I don't know if it's right to say that co-ops are common here.

I feel like Ctrl + Enter has become somewhat standard for this as a lot of sites implement it. But tab + enter works for me as well.

It would be cool if we could use Ctrl+Enter

That's probably because of DRM (probably Widevine given that it's Chrome)
This repo might be of some help, but afaik that's just a proof-of-concept. Not sure how you can practically make it work.

They're not direct competitors. Liberapay actually uses PayPal as its payment processor with the other option being Stripe.

Out of these three I've only worked with Rust. The GUI side is very lacking in my opinion, but other than that I think it's a very good candidate for cross-platform app dev.
Speaking of Rust, you might want to check out Tauri if you haven't yet.
By the way, V and Zig seem to be promising in this space but I don't have that much personal experience with them. Zig is a bit more mature out of the two, being 5 years old while V is a very new language as it's just a year old. V does have its own cross-platform GUI library, so that might be an advantage.

I think Firefox has a setting in the about:config that can disable these events. There are two iirc, one being dom.allow_cut_copy
and the other dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled
