This is a great feature! I can finally have both my kids play whatever game they want at the same time.

Hate is a strong word. But I have never really cared for it. The content I have watched felt like it was the trillby wearing "um actually" kid writing his own edgey story. And something about the yelling outbursts I have seen a few times make me want to curl up and die.

I have been using Sway for ~2 years now without issues. AMD CPU and GPU. I am not super particular about input lag and stuff, but I haven't noticed any issues.
I have a VM that runs windows for my work stuff and it has no issues I play video games via proton without issues either, other than having to muck around with a few titles launch options to unset my SDL video driver I stream to twitch periodically when I am bored and it works well by using the obs vkcapture plugin

Look, as the apparent blanket hog in my relationship, if you can't defend your blanket it will be taken by the stronger will. Same for side size. My wife sleep persona favours pillows and bed space, my sleep persona demands blanket. it works for us.

I keep getting lost! But then I find secrets I walked by and vacuums I can pet so it's worth it. But the colours can be really difficult. I find I use the flashlight quite a bit while exploring. I've been playing half on the OLED steam deck and the other half on my PC(standard LED) and the colours seem better on the steam deck.

I really hope they add some ctf and koh modes in the future. I think it would add some fun variety to the game.

Typically you instruct systemd to run a service as a specific user/group with a User= and Group= directive in the [Service] section of the unit file.
The error code indicates the command is found but is not executable.
Is this service running under your user context? Generally when I am building a system service I put it under /etc/systemd/system and it runs as root without issues unless I specify.

I love cartoons. Can't stand comics, manga and anime. And this is someone who watched DBZ growing up and never getting into despite all my friends loving it. I'm an avid reader and shows like gravity falls are some of my favourites!

I don't see how they could make the level cap 20. The spells would be really hard to regulate at that point.

The finals only works on windows, so don't expect to play that on the pre-installed OS. But keep an eye on steam sales to pick up tons of games on the cheap. Its also a really comfortable system to play some games you might not play on a PC or console. Indie games and the like.

I'm torn on this. On one hand, I would love to see more content coming into the fediverse from larger content creators. Sure there are plenty of great folks here but I want more adoption. Threads could be the way for a lot of people into the fediverse and if everyone defederates from them it really won't make a splash. I have seen big tech EEE too many times to really trust them though. ESPECIALLY meta. What I prefer to see is things like flipboard migrating to the fediverse. We need to see more of this!

I got my original about a year after orders opened up and loved it. But I never realized the differences between the small versions of the deck. Mine was ordered on the day of release so the OLED version has nicer, more tactile buttons than the OG one. THe extra battery and bigger better screen is a huge plus as well. I love it. And I will with out a doubt order a next gen one as well.

I just got a 2024 Kia Niro Wave EV! Hopefully that means this thing doesn't give us problems!
I'm having a weird issue with baldurs gate 3 and am hoping I can get some advice. The launcher works without issue but the game itself never opens a window. I can hear it launch and play, but it never actually renders a window. Even in gamescope its just a black screen. I am using AMD+Mesa with Sway as my WM. if I do a swaymsg -t get_tree it shows the launcher window, but nothing for the game window so its not on a different or invisible workspace. anyone else experiencing an issue like this? EDIT: I managed to resolve this issue with Steam flatpak. Odd.
I really like how with Sync I can have a Hide button available on the card. Please let us customize the card buttons! (if it does exist I haven't found how to do it yet).
Hi Folks, I am going to be participating in Extra Life this year and created a script that will flip my monitor upside down for 5 minutes randomly. I am looking for some more ideas for simple scripts or commands that could be entertaining for some donation incentives. As a side not I am currently using EndeavourOS and Sway.
My wife and I are looking forward to learning how to maintain our starter and bake with it!
I went here with my 6 year old daughter and my parents this past weekend. I grew up coming here with my dad and it feels really special to share it with my daughter. I can't wait to go back.
There are apparently known problems (GitHub Issues #5807) in both Edge and Firefox with this newly released browser extension update (2023.7.0), which should hopefully be fixed soon.
I was born in 1989 and the math is HARD some days.
I generally find Ebay/Etsy are the most cost efficient. Especially when starting off, but I do like supports the artists myself. So shows can be a good place. Where do you find patches?
