linux Linux The best GNOME shell extensions

The desktop is completely usable without extensions. However, it is true that many extensions add functionality that should be built into Gnome itself. For example, there has been a PR open for an option to change the screenshots location since ~3.14, but nothing has happened.

Ouch. What GPU do you have? You should probably contact S76 to fix it if it's not a user specific issue.

Right now, I have a Nextcloud instance that I use for files, photos, todo, etc. I have a Minecraft server running on another server. On my main server (the one that has the Nextcloud instance), I'm planning to setup a pastebin to post code, and a Plex or Kodi server to view videos. I'm also considering setting up an OpenVPN server so I can access my home network anywhere.

I use Zoho. Although it's not as secure or private as Protonmail or Tutanota, it's pretty decent, has great features, and most importantly, is affordable. The price is $1 per account, which is much better than Protonmail's starting $4 price, for example. Zoho has many features and a great control panel, which makes managing many accounts for an organization a breeze.

It seems pretty good. However, Coreboot doesn't work on AMD and the battery life is a lot less than what the Lemur Pro would get. If the Lemur Pro had AMD I'd buy it in a second. Probably gonna get it anyways. 14+ hours is more than even most AMD laptops.

What would you guys like to see from Pop!_OS in the future?

Comment what features/additions/editions you'd like to see in Pop in the future. Here's mine: I'd love to see integrated Pulseaudio support integrated easily into Settings, so I don't have to mess around and deal with random issues to get a simple bass boost

This is my favorite thus far. Short for federated, and it sums up one of the purposes of federated platforms.

I've been using NextDNS for the past few months, and it's pretty great. It's listed on privacytools.io, is affordable, and has a plethora of options/filters. They've got great guides for using their DNS on quite literally any platform.

Not surprised by the top offenders at all, but I am surprised by Netflix, considering their size. I guess they don't have an incentive to track users, unlike Google/FB.

Absolutely. Information is power, and mass surveillance just gives governments/large corps that power.
