Bold of you to call them soldiers. For the Israel state or, I hope, government, they are all active/inactive terrorists. Yeah, 10 year olds, too.

You seem quite competent in researching from Wikipedia. Could you point me to the part of the article mentioning how fascism is related to women feminist presidents with a PhD, democratically and legtimately elected with a remarkable progressive agenda?

There are plenty of lawyers prepared to be judges in Mexico, competition and diplomas are gonna be a part of the process. Corrupt judges do have titles and diplomas after all. The democratic element is to complete a pre-selection made by the Congress, the Executive and the Judicial powers, at least for magistrates and the Supreme Court.

The very same reaction to the amend shows how urgent it is to to change the judicial system. I'm glad this was done and I can't wait to vote corrupt judges out of office.

Not for me. I think it has to do with the type of journalism I am accustomed to read, maybe. Then there is the issue of the website where this comes from, I don't know who they aim to as their readers. It's possible that it is focused on reporting about famous people or "stars" as they call them, and in this case, it's totally fine. I appreciate your point of view, though.
Oh, and yes, I agree the guy said horrible things to Swift. That's not a discussion for me. Where those words came from is important for me to know, and that bit of information would have been appreciated.

I find the title unnecessarily "clickbaity", and this is what I think is unfair for readers and for the very same news reported.
EDIT: For example, I would prefer that instead of including "Elon Musk sets his sights on Taylor Swift", they would have put something like "after Taylor endorsed Harris as a Childless Cat Owner".
selokichtli 6 days ago • 25%
Yes, that exactly. The way she signed the endorsement and its relation to the Republican candidate. Still, the things he said are very disturbing and menacing, coming from the richest person in the world.

There is a context to what was said that is not fairly put in the title of the article, but this is still fucking creepy, misogynistic, ultimately unacceptable behavior.

Mexican here. Can confirm that we have plenty of stray dogs and cats here to eat. We have plenty of pet dogs and cats to eat too, but it's troublesome to deal with their owners/masters. Don't worry about us, we won't go there to eat your pets. I wish my fellow countrymen wouldn't have to go there and expose themselves to be treated this unfairly.

For me, your comparison falls short in the sense that electric guitar distortions actually amplified the audio resources musicians had to express ideas and textures. Autotune was initially a tool that also did enhance the set of tools musicians had before it appeared, however, the lack of creative uses compared to the amount of use it gets in the industry, makes it a trope to my ears. Autotune feels like a Marvel Comics hero movie at this point.

Men seem to have a pretty good idea of what women don't like them to do. Good for them, as they do not give up the things they like just to get women's attention. Unless they'd prefer to have that attention. Huh, "life's a removed and then you die".

Americans need to analyze their views surrounding guns. And take their time. It's mind-blowing to try to make them understand guns are risky, regardless of handling, trigger discipline, or any other bullshit they tell themselves. The mere existence of guns is dangerous, the bigger the number of guns out there is the amount of accidents, shootings and massacres waiting to happen out there.
Edit: yeah, pushed some buttons here. Good.

I've used several launchers but there seems to be a halt developing them. For the most time, I used to use recently Neo Launcher, but it feels dated now, they are working on a rewrite and it's still beta (if not still alpha). Kvaesitso is a good launcher, but I'm too accustomed to the swipe up gesture to show apps and Kvaesitso just decided to make it upside down for me, and it feels odd even if you can change this to your preference. Finally, KISS launcher, which had halted development a bit but I find light and customizable enough. Not gonna lie here, as soon as Neo launcher gets to a stable state, I'm coming back.
Edit:
I wanted to mention a couple of killer features of KISS that you might probably like:
- Its dock can pin a couple of apps and have some spaces changing depending on the frequency of use.
- You can have a list of frequently used apps associated to a gesture (I use swipe-up and single-touch).
- If you are gonna use a not too frequently used app, you can have a gesture for this too (I use long-touch).
- Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is searchable. Well, not everything, but they surely allow you to search a lot of things.

Does this recipe need high precision? Because maybe that is a no-no for people without a decent scale and some volumetric equipment. Sure, if you already have this stuff it's fine, and probably you know good practices like using a properly treated volume of water. But if you don't, it's perhaps better to just buy the cheaper stuff.

It kind of is, actually. Maybe not more than his charisma, good heart and endeavors in conservation, but is an important part of why. I mean, this is a meme and he is doing exactly that. But you know what? Whatever you say is perfect. I really don't want to do this again.

Well, it's a struggle, but we are doing better lately.
Years ago, when Owncloud was still the only self hosted cloud solution around, the Music app used to come with an Ampache backend to connect to your music through client apps. My favorite for Android was Power Ampache, it was almost the only one, that and an extension for the really old Just Player. After a while, a Subsonic server was added to the Music app and these Subsonic clients proliferated. So, I switched to a Subsonic client, then another, and another... none was really doing it for me. DSub is great but looks dated and lacks some features, others are not mature enough, and some I just find too barebones. Recently, Power Ampache 2 was released, and even though it's still in beta or even alpha, it already looks great and my favorite client again. Check it out if you have an Ampache server or a Nextcloud instance with music!
So, I was having a hard time trying to update Nobara 38 to Nobara 39. Did the KDE swap, followed the website instructions to upgrade but in the last part, after: ```$sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=39 -y``` I'd get: ```Error: Transaction test error:``` ``` file /usr/lib64/libopenh264.so.2.3.1 conflicts between attempted installs of noopenh264-0.1.0~openh264_2.3.1-2.fc39.x86_64 and openh264-2.3.1-2.fc39.x86_64``` Tried several solutions to this without success but noticed it's just that two packages in the upgrade are trying to write the same file. My solution was to just disable the openh264 Cisco repo for the upgrade with: ```$sudo dnf config-manager --set-disabled fedora-cisco-openh264``` You can do this also in the Diskover preferences. After disabling the Cisco repo you can proceed with: ```$sudo dnf system-upgrade download --releasever=39 -y``` ```$sudo system-upgrade reboot``` Then, after a successful upgrade, go to Diskover > Preferences and enable (check) the fedora_cisco_openh264 repo. Finally, do perform a system update with Nobara update tool. Install whatever it tells you it's missing and then you are done. Figured I'd share this here since the threads in Reddit don't show any clear fix to the problem. Hope someone can use it.
You guys seem to think my boy is all cute when he is angry, but he's some kind of monster of the week from the X-Files when he's scolding at my face! Here is proof.
So, Rulfo (aka Chochi) had been following me all over the house meowing loudly at me for like half an hour. I sat on the table, he followed me of course. Sat right next to me and continued meowing at my face. This is he, an instant before one of his reprimands.
I didn't want to direct this question to Americans specifically because, at this point, other countries have shown support to Israel in one or the other way. If my country was financing this, I would be taking the streets. Shit, I'm right now in the hospital but all I can think about is protesting anyway just to feel I did something to stop this madness. Are you doing something about this? Are you feeling unsettled? How do you feel about all this mess? EDIT: So, buying Chinese stuff takes the USS Gerald Ford to Gaza’s coast. Also, TIL that that chocolate my cousin gave me when she was 20 and I was 5, (delicious stuff!) made me a slavist-ish. The fact remains, this genocide is being paid and supported by taxpayers money; of course, I was hoping that most of us didn’t pay taxes wishing for this. Thank you all for your responses, some of them were hard to swallow.
