Considering their ice cream machines are down most of the time, is it possible that they don't actually turn a profit when accounting for the machinery + constant repairs?

As a developer, I just think closed source applications and the entire operating system being closed source is detrimental to my development as a programmer.

The only time I saw which OS was being used on an airplane, I saw Tux the penguin on screen as the screen in front of me was loading. It was for the in flight entertainment computers though.

Cool but, the question wasn't whether you consider it bad...
For me, I find it really difficult to comprehend texts of the 1900s and mid 1800s. I don't find it difficult to read texts from the late 1900s and 2000s

Your assertion that we all agreed on something about China just isn't the case! As someone involved in communist circles, it seems nobody can agree what China is. There are tons of people on each side of this argument.

Hello! I've had a much better experience here than on Reddit :)
Post your (non) stupid questions here. This was made as it is a subreddit and I feel it should be on lemmy.

The good chair manufacturers are well known. Herman Miller, Steelcase, Humanscale. You wont get a good office chair for less than $500.
Mesh is common in higher end chairs. Lots of adjustability, moveable lumber support, adjustable armrests, adjustable height/angles, leg support, conformability.
Keep in mind, if you invest a lot of money in a chair, that chair will last for 10+ years and still be good. If you don't have the money now, buy a chair from ikea like the Ikea Milberget for like $65 and save for a 500-1000$ chair. That's my plan.

Seats in house wont matter. Electoral politics isn't the goal of most socialist parties.
If not, why not?

It's annoying. I don't want to know my headphones are low battery. I'm trying to listen to some music or a podcast, and it interrupts. Not only that, but most of them continuously do it every few minutes. It's super obnoxious, I'll charge them when I have time.
The headphone noise for me does nothing, because I still wont charge them when they say they're low battery, I'll charge them when I have time to charge them, like I would even if the low battery noise didn't exist.

And they don't have that low battery noise?

Speaking as someone who has participated (and is participating) in this 'DeGoogle' movement (see https://reverseeagle.org/), I know that Microsoft and Amazon are evil. I know that we should do everything we can do de-amazon, de-microsoft, de-apple, &c.
I think if we tell people to do it all at once, they're gonna say 'fuck you', and move on. If we tell people that we need to de-google, and tell them why, the logical conclusion is that they should de-microsoft, de-amazon. They can do that if they feel comfortable, but we're saying 'at least degoogle'. DeGoogling alone is better than saying 'fuck you I'm not gonna do anything' because we forced it on them all at once.
That being said, we do have plans, once we've got everything set up, to start focusing on Microsoft, Amazon, Apple, &c.

I think US is probably much worse in this aspect. Plus, the US media blatantly over-exaggerates everything China does, including social-credit. The US make social-credit sound so spooky, but it's really not as bad as the US media says it is.

The responsiveness to screensize is achieved by using the <meta> html tag:
<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1">

The responsive screensize has nothing to do with any library or css.
However, I do use Javascript for other things in this website, but it's all FOSS. view the source code for the website here:
