I have. I like most of it. I think there is a ton to learn and she gives plenty of options and solutions for issues. I haven’t hit most of them yet but I bet I will. It’s definitely more for athletes and especially endurance athletes but enough for normal women in there.

Oh Omnivore for sure!!! It’s a reader app so you send it there. Read, highlight and it sends the highlights to Obsidian. It can also handle newsletters and RSS feeds. Did I mention it’s free?

Cold and longer fermentation as it was already noted below. However, I would also like to add another idea: whole grain flours. Even smaller percentages are giving you a fuller flavour. Especially fresh milled is very interesting.

That’s amazing. I am a year behind you. ~800 workouts and on my 13 consecutive months of all rings (500/30/12) closed.
I had a watch long before but didn’t care for the rings. Last spring I got a new watch and with that came 3 month free AF+. Life changing as you said!! I was blown away from the beginning and since last summer I haven’t missed a day working out. If I really can’t I at least go for a 30 minutes walk! That’s invaluable and I credit AF+ 100% with that.
Gregg‘s consistency and variety totally hit home and I really live by it now.
I would rank mine as follows:
Core - I always do core as warm up. I don’t start anything else until I have at least 10 minutes core completed. I have done all of Kyle, Gregg and Amir‘s at least once now. I do other trainers too but these three are my fav.
HIIT - Jamie-Ray is incredible. I would have never though I like it let alone be able to do HIIT but boy do I love it. Unless he does burpees 😳 I just completed all his workouts yesterday. I have done several multiple times. He is fun! Kickboxing I like too but I am so uncoordinated that it’s less of a workout. Same with Dance. If I do dance it’s Jhon only. Love his vibe.
Strength - definitely Gregg and Kyle. Jenn I agree is more cardio. I prefer the two guys for sure. Gregg is super motivating and Kyle is fun. Love, love, love it.
Yoga - Dice only. And all of his. I never got into yoga even with in person classes until Dice showed up. He is different and I can’t explain it but big fan!
Rowing - love Josh! I still struggle a lot with rowing, it’s super exhausting but Josh is great. Slowly working my way up to come rowing power. I hope.
Pilates - Darryl only. Love him but I don’t do it often. I should now that I am truly through all the core ones. I could use it as warm up.
Overall the biggest (or maybe most important) change for me is mentally. I can’t go a day without some proper activity.
Of course I am also fitter, stronger, lost weight and gained muscle but the mental change is surprising to me. I would have never thought I could get there. Totally sedentary life style before AF+ and overweight and now this!!! Incredibly thankful that they started this service and for that price sign me up for a lifetime!

Nice!! I use a Cricut as well to cut my patterns. Finally back using it after it was collecting dust for a while.
If you like to design your own patterns check out Affinity Designer. Blows my mind! Quick to learn how to draw patterns, easy to resize and so so much more. Here is a great example from today: I tried to figure out how to get the length of the one side of an odd shaped part of my pattern. I know the measuring tool in Affinity but it seemed to only do straight lines, distance between objects or area. Quick search and I learned I can break the curve points and then it shows me the length of the different sides and the area 🤯 Extremely handy especially when working with zippers in a certain size. I also can export as svg or pdf. Print and cut your patterns (pdf) or if you have a Cricut or Silhouette (svg), cut the patterns with that! Or even the leather if not too thick. I am considering selling some patterns in the future and I can even toss in the afdesign file for people so they can adjust what they want. Affinity Designer btw is super affordable especially compared to Adobe Illustrator and such. If I remember correctly there is free 30 day trial. Anybody else using Affinity Designer?

Mine are staying delete now after initially a few popping back up. What’s more concerning is that I requested my data a few weeks after I deleted my content. I was fully expecting to get empty files but nope ALL of my content. Dating back 10 years is still there! It’s not on my Reddit profile but they clearly kept it somewhere and can recall it whenever they want to. They do not delete the data.

I don’t think it’s free loading. The deal is (was?) per stream. It’s none of their business who is watching and where when they structure the plans like that. I definitely will not ask for permission to watch when traveling. My location is not something they need to be concerned with. Hence I left Netflix. I’ll buy a month in fall to catch up and that’s it.

They have restarted a lot of cancelled subscriptions I hear. Even people just opening the app re-starts it. That’s one way to get 6 million new subscribers and a fancy headline in the news.

I am not buying it. I have cancel our subscription and never share my password before. So have many that I know. I haven’t heard from a single person who told me they are a new subscriber because they can’t share password any longer. They just stop watching. However, I hear a lot of people upset about the approach and cancelled where before they just were too lazy to cancel (that includes me).

I recently watched [this video](https://youtu.be/bpZlYFbyAg8) by Corter and it was a bit of an aha moment. Whether it’s repair, changing the thread colour or in my case fixing some mistakes … I love how leather products can be opened up and redone. Not everything of course but the stitch line is fairly simple to revamp, billets are quickly replaced and even edges can be re-burnished. I love the 2nd bag that I ever made a lot but it was my second bag. I had missed a whole and one corner was therefore off, I attached the buckle upside down (it works but looks off) and a seam was opening up. Burnished edges weren’t good yet. So I sat down today and fixed it all. It was easier than I thought and it’s a nice upgrade! I wish I had taken before and after pics.
I had deleted all my content before the subs went dark. Some (very few) came back and I deleted again. But for a couple of weeks now my account is clear of all content. I decided to request my data from Reddit to see what they would send. They sent me my whole (deleted!) content. Like every comment and post ever submitted to the site. Is there anyway to request them to delete?!

What??? I love both! The iPad and iPhone app! Super fast, works like a charm and I am always surprised how many feature I can use even on the tiny phone screen! I just installed the projects plug in and was fully prepared to accept it not working on iOS but here we are 🥳 it works like a charm and is super easy to use. I am in love with Obsidian and I use it 95% of the time on iPhone.

It’s on June 21st. You can get a special award for at least 10 minutes of yoga. And I hear that there is a special (fun) yoga workout with Jonelle coming out tomorrow.
I got my “hustle” sign installed! It switches on when I start a AF+ workout and off when I am done. Can’t wait for the stack feature to see if it stays on during consecutive workouts. For now it triggers on and off with each which is fine too. 
I did it!! 🥳 
I now have sometimes (!) the issue that it triggers the outlet (Meross brand) on and then right away off again. So odd! It’s supposed to go on when fitness focus comes on and off when fitness focus is disabled. Could it be that it’s a Meross plug issues?

My first one to flower is literally the most unexpected. I had bought several a few years back and I had a lot of root pieces left in the box. I dumped them in a corner of the chicken garden. They were doing super well and now the first to flower if from this “leftover bits” planting. Lol Lesson here is plant every single piece!

Is there a mod 101 or something? I have two communities but I am unsure how it all works. No issues yet but how do I remove a post etc? Also can I see somewhere who the users are? One of mine has 29 subscribers but that surprises me. Is there a way to check if that’s true/who they are?
I got a message a couple of times now over night that a shortcut was activated. I am pretty new to this so I don’t have much. I only get these messages on and off now since I created a shortcut that activates when I switch to fitness focus. I have other automations, mostly manually triggered (outlet on/off stuff). And one that is timed for Sunday night. I can’t figure out what triggers these messages now. Like last night at 10:40pm while I was asleep and my sleep mode on.
