When i watch professional sports, those guys seem to move increasingly fast, like cheetahs. They work around the clock to get to that point. Although they are the fastest of the fast they manage to rest. But, they don't get too much rest because that's when you lose your speed.

Diversity fosters good relationships among employees, it unifies them. It offers more opportunities in personal growth or career advancement. Leaving in a diverse society not only does it expose you new ways and expertise in solving a problem but also makes you a global citizen.
