That would imply that Lluis Abadias would play anything not reptilian
And if you know of them, that simply won't do

Denver to St Louis through KS and MI is up there
Doesn't help that getting from West to East on i70 through Kansas City is a nightmare after driving that long.
Spoiler: i70 doesn't just run through the city like one would think.

Nothing in the right quantity, I use it in my own cooking when I need more umami in a dish.
There are old studies out there that said it was a problem ingredient (hence "no MSG" labels all over different foods), but those have been largely debunked due to racial bias.
In excess, the MSG flavor tends to linger, which can be annoying sometimes.

Mmm MSG fries
(Don't get me wrong I like them too but let's be honest here, they almost have as much MSG as KFC fries)

It definitely improves them, but not by much

This is actually an insane take
Furries at large don't care about the e2ee or security features
They care that:
-
their friends are the platform
-
custom stickers of their fursonas are easy to make and import
That's basically it. Telegram has become entirely ubiquitous in the fandom. No one group/ideology claims it as their own.
Sincerely,
a progressive leftist furry who uses TG

"learned some things like Linux, command line, docker, and networking/pfsense" "I don't consider myself technical"
Don't sell yourself short, I work in IT and have colleagues on our helpdesk who would struggle endlessly with those concepts.
I hereby dub you a tech person, like it or not, those skills can and do pay the bills.

Sagrada is a neat game. Haven't tried the digital version, but both the regular game and legacy versions are solid games.

Totally agreed
She just has some games she wants to play on it that don't even have an entry on protondb (COD Black ops 4... I was shocked when I searched and couldn't find it). So I'll have to do some research.

She's not at all the Linux person I am, so that might be a hard sell even if the software is bad
It's definitely an option that I'll keep in mind, though. I've tried Bazzite on my desktop and it seems like a really great project.

Hypnotic pattern is good if you know what you're casting it against isn't immune or resistant to Charm.
If it isn't resisted, it can be a combat-ending spell.

I explain fast boot to people by saying "for some reason Microsoft went and made the Shut Down button not actually shut down your PC, it really just puts it into a 'deep sleep' mode, and to their credit, it lets them say that boot times are faster... But it also means that in order to FULLY restart the PC, you have to click restart... I know it's a pain"
Usually I get looked at like I'm from another planet, but that reaction means they'll probably remember it later.

Testing this out today on my setup! Happy to see the 555 drivers on Bazzite.
I saw the lack of content here and thought I'd share my story I first discovered IF back in Dec 2018, and did it all the way through the start of 2020. I (5'6") went from 240lb down to 195. Then well, that thing we all went through in 2020 happened and I eventually stopped. It was also a hugely transitory period in my life and I let my weight come back on. (I moved out of the house, in with my now wife, changed jobs twice, moved again... All in the midst of the pandemic and its related insanity) Now I'm in a much better spot, but I've put everything I lost back on and more. That said, I've now gone from 250 to 240. Trying to eat lighter, snack less, and be intentional about my macros. I like sticking to a 16:8 window, but I shorten it if it makes sense on a given day. I remember the community being a huge motivator, so, Good luck out there!

Then buy a physical copy and store backups on a media server.
That or buy the media on a digital service and rip the file or screen capture it out.
Even buying a physical copy only entitles you to "ownership of a license" nowadays anyway. Ie: how Nintendo gets away with all their bs surrounding emulation.

Supergiant has the level of respect from me that early Blizzard had.
They have done nothing but release complete, solid games throughout their history. Everything in their library is at least an 8/10 and worth the money imo.
I have no reason to believe Hades 2 will be any different based on the tech test and the couple hours I played today.
EonNShadow 5 months ago • 100%
Pyre was arguably a miss
But I see it as more of a red-headed-stepchild of their games.
It still has the trademark excellent writing and gameplay, but it didn't sell well because it's just a quirky game.
There was no market for a "wizard-basketball visual novel" (their words, not mine)
EonNShadow 5 months ago • 100%
The tech test was already feeling really solid. New characters, more detailed art, continuation of the story from Hades 1 with a new big bad....
I'm a fan of Supergiant in general, so I'm really excited to get further into it.
I've missed this series for a long time, and I'll never forgive Epic for dropping it like a baby giraffe. It plays pretty well on my gaming rig, but I'd love to hear about how it plays on lower-end systems. Maybe I'll install it on my 2-in-1 so I can use the touch screen.
