Wait. Really? I thought tea is defined as drink made of tea leaves. Well, you always learn something new :)

Letters are pronounced always the same way regardless of the word. At least this is the picture I have gotten. Unlike in English, for example: car (/ka:r/), have (/hæv/) This was very nice thing, coming from a language where letters are always pronounced same way (Finnish) You can correct me if I'm wrong :)
Your music will live forever
Really curious to know :) I had been practicing 3 years, but had a 6 year pause, but started again last year. Got into judo 'cause my big brother did judo.

It's always the Swedish. Gotta have some neighbour love for them but still.
One I've tried is cucumber with tomato sauce. It didn't taste so bad.

I think you have a great point. Maybe we aren't so aware of thing we say these days.

I'm not trying to say that the memes are bad, but I have come across some memes that literally wish some rich people to die and others that cross the line. I fully understand that people don't maybe have sympathy for those who lost their lives, and I get it. I'm not here trying to defend rich people, but wishin for anyone to die or making fun of anyone's loss of life, regarding their background, isn't morally right anymore. Most of memes aren't that harmful but some of them are in the gray. Thanks for your opinion :)

Yeah I get your point and get it that people don't maybe have sympathy for them, bur making fun of anyone's dead crosses the line, at least for me.
1337tux 1 year ago • 0%
Yeah I know that, but I don't get it how this is related to some people making fun of couple billionaires losing their lives in pretty horrible way. And again sorry if I offend someone
1337tux 1 year ago • 0%
No? Sorry for my ignorance, but I don't understand what this has to do with the question I asked. Do you mind to elaborate? I'm serious and I'm not trying to act like dickhead, so sorry if I have offended someone.
I mean like even if someone is for example criminal or scumbag they are still human and hoping for someone to die or make jokes of someone's loss of life isn't right. Or does someone think it is justified? I think it's morally wrong.
> And it could potentially allow them to bring over followers from decentralised platforms such as Mastodon.
Lemmy has multiplied it's number of users (maybe more accurately accounts) in just few days. How much do you think is the percentage of bot accounts? Is Lemmy having problem with bot farming?
Some random instance with 44k total users, but only one active user, is now the biggest Lemmy instance. Probably bots?

Hi, thanks for the feedback. The extension that userstyles.world redirects you to is Stylus not Stylish. It's a fork of Stylish and they even state on their web site that "Any and all analytics, telemetry, and data-collection have been removed completely. We'd rather not know what you're up to." https://add0n.com/stylus.html
I hope this clear things ;)

I started judo in 2012 and got 4th kyu in 2014 but then I had like 5 or 6 year pause, but started again a year ago and I have now started to train more "seriously" and have went to two competitions.
1337tux 1 year ago • 100%
Yeah, I would love to see that happen and that's why I try to create some content here and start conversations :)
Just asking out of curiosity, how long did it take for you to get to 4 kyu?
Because we don't have flairs here (at least not yet), I thought it would be fun to know :) I'm 4th kyu
I personally like harai goshi and tai otoshi, but my newest favorite throw gotta be sumi gaeshi from [this](https://www.youtube.com/shorts/nhgOT3aWz9w) position.
That's gonna hurt.

You can use this freely and I'm open to improvements and changes to the code. You can for example make pull request to the github repo :)

Sure ;)
This should do the trick. Just add this to the style. It also changes the color of the links to orange, even if you have darkly theme. You can then adjust the size of the fonts according to your taste.
body {
font-size: 0.8rem;
}
.h5, h5 {
font-size: 1rem;
}
a {
color: #ff8300;
}

A quick fix to that is, if you change the theme from your lemmy settings to darkly-red. I will look into that ;)

I haven't tested on real hardware, but when I switched to phone mode from the development tools, it kinda works, but some things behave weirdly because the resolution and aspect ration is so different from a desktop. If your on desktop, you can test by yourself, how it would look like on phone. Phone mode Chrome Firefox

Yeah I think so too, and that's why I created two styles with different color schemes. I just think that some reddit refugees might have gotten used to the reddit colors and find them more familiar

Just wanted to ask your opinion. Which is better color scheme. The reddit colors or the lemmy's?
Reddit:
Lemmy:
Reddit refugee here. I have really started to like Lemmy and love the fact that it's free and open source, but I wasn't feeling so home with the UI, so I found nice looking style from https://userstyles.world/style/10345/lemmy-world but I personally prefer dark theme so I adjusted some colours and made the radiuses and margins bigger. I thought that maybe someone will find this useful and hence I decided to post it here. I am not a professional programmer, just a guy who likes to tinker with computers so this style may not be perfect. Critique, feedback and suggestions are welcome. ![](https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/0d97d250-ab26-462f-a6d9-ffc39af4ca0a.png) ![](https://lemmy.world/pictrs/image/b3d3e0b5-5e5e-4c3f-b4aa-a483c7b33350.png) Edit: The colors are from reddit and if you want the colors to look more like the original lemmy, change the bg primary and default to hex #303030 and #222222. I really like this color scheme too ``` --bg-primary: #303030; --bg-default: #222222; ``` Edit2: I have now made some small adjustments using the feedback and suggestion I got from you. I'm really grateful for the feedback :) I also have now two styles, which have slightly different color scheme https://userstyles.world/user/VILPAUTOEE Keep the feedback coming ;D Thx
