Is there a way of knowing if a post of comment is from outside of Lemmy?

Background: When replying to a post created on mastodon/kbin/etc, you may get the eternal spinng wheel if you don't specify the language for your comment reply.

Question: Is there a way of seeing at a glance where the comment originated from, to thus know if you need to specify a language?
