Interesting. Do you happen to know where it gets its traffic data from? I haven't yet personally found anything nearly as useful as Waze.

It depends on who you're asking. The AI branding appeals to a lot of the more casual users I know, but it ultimately comes down to the actual functionality being added. It's the first time in a long time that I've been interested in following smartphone developments. What our devices can actually do has been rather stagnant IMO.

I'm most interested in seeing what the VR variant will be like.

I'm a millennial and the last consoles I've owned were the PS3 and Wii.

Do people even call businesses anymore?
Those are the only phone calls I make these days. Everyone else can be reached by message and video calling.

If you're using Sync, it doesn't currently support post editing! I usually use Photon or the default UI to edit my submissions.

It's the same as anywhere. FWIW obviously inflammatory stuff gets removed from !android@lemdro.id under rule 9. Disagreements are okay, but folks are expected to keep things civil. Also an issue for kbin/mbin is that moderator removals aren't federated probably to/from Lemmy.

Just a reminder that folks are encouraged to review the rules in the sidebar. It's okay to disagree, but please keep it civil (rule 8). Thanks!

Just a heads up for folks - moderator removals unfortunately don't federate between lemmy and kbin. The comments @BolexForSoup@kbin.social is referring to don't appear for folks on the lemmy side. They're not imagining things!

Doesn't take extreme wealth for that. I make enough that I can buy whatever I want. The best Christmas gifts are things I wouldn't think of needing or wanting.
For birthday, it's usually just a dinner without gifts.

I'm surprised there isn't more mainstream advertising. Could've sworn Champion was a product placement on at least one occasion.

I tried it out during the initial drama and was astonished to see it still missing such a basic accessibility feature. Their app lead said it would be looked into... But it seems like such a wild omission.
