Right now, I’m playing the early access version of Baldurs Gate 3. I’m getting ready to put it down (frustrated: BG3 has the potential to be good, but without controller support, I’m getting really frustrated with the UI. ) and switch to Yakuza Like a Dragon. What are you playing now and what are you looking forward to playing next?
A place to discuss and support all things Steam Deck / Linux.

Get chewing gum and take one on take off and later descent, it helps with pressure release for the ear's.
Don't get worried about the noise the aircraft makes when flaps or gears travel.
If the flight is longer try to get a place at the walkway , you could stretch the legs out.
It's is nicer to sit in front of the wing area, less noise and flight path changes are more easy to handle.
Don't sit near toilet's, smell and traffic during flights.

PowerDeleteSuit does exactly what you need.
PSA first save your comment and post history then overwrite your posts first and wait a day, so the reddit history database only contains the garbage you entered. Unfortunate I missed it.

I am sitting on kbin, opened your post and wrote this comment. Also giving you an upvote.
It's a fediverse thing as long to instances talk the same protocol they can interact from within the fediverse no matter what instance .
Edit: protocol not language

The same happens with reddit right now. Monetarisation, gold diggers everywhere.

Well, you CAN participate, subscribe and read the community of another instance. You don't have to be part of the other instance to do so.
Just make sure you are browsing / searching all and not just local.
I am reading and writing this from kbin and not even Lemmy btw.

The Void Trilogy from Peter F. Hamilton read the books and listened to the audio books several times already.
It's sci-fi and fantasy in one stunning epos.

Speaking of me, nothing. I erased my history, deleted my account.
Reddit should go his path chosen, don't hold back travelers.

I can verify myself using my Id card and a terminal or via NFC. The app used is the middleware between software or website requesting verification and my ID. No data leaves my ID in direction to the software or website. The middleware just gives a thumbs up to the verification request.

If you're still able to post on reddit then it would be nice if you could tell him.

For kbin it is:
In the Terms of Service it is shown the deleting your account all of your data is gone.
In the privacy policy it states that the servers are in Germany so GDPR is followed. It does not track nor it uses JavaScript.
So what's the problem here?

I hope the decentralization has a chance. It could still be monetarised or "regulated to death" by government's . They both don't like the loss of control that system brings.
So we should have fun as long as it lasts.

Nope, not yet. You have to use the community website for it.

Remember that legendary times when reddit was new?
That's what's happening now in the fediverse with Lemmy and kbin, I am to excited being a part of it as to mourn about reedit.

They are both link aggregators. With kbin you can follow, post all of Lemmy without registering on a Lemmy instance.
Kbin also integrates easy with mastodon and show's the microblog in the same way as if it was a Lemmy thread.
I registered on Lemmy and on kbin checking both out . I like kbin more for now but keep my options open.

Soldering iron with needle tip, hot and full of tin. Power plug stuck in the extension cord connector.
Took the iron pointing towards me in the right hand together with the cord plug and pulled ......... Plug suddenly came free and the hot iron tip stuck in my left arm.
Pulled it out and it was clean, hole in the arm filled with tin residues. Didn't hurt to much because nerves were dead around the hole.
Went straight to the hospital, took 3 weeks and a lot of cleaning to get the wound clean.

You got me 😁
Anyway, then I bought a used 3080 and now my computer sounds like an F16 taking off.
Good and silent gfx cards are even harder to get, if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg.

Everything is political motivated. Everyone who thinks differently is just naive in my view.
We are in a 3rd world war technologically and a 2.5 military wise.
And we enter stage 4 regarding climate with direct damage and remote induced damage, refugee crisis on the verge.
Shitty times to live in. Not wanting to sound depressed but it could be a little easier to be honest.

PC Software that calculates the optimal distribution for rotor fan blades.
Android Software for helping me picking food. Two different versions, both using databases and are offline usable.
A third Software that is connected to a server structure and collects parts picked by user, creating excel format parts lists.
I am an autodidact when it comes to programming and grew up in times of basic and pascal, before anyone even talked about C.
So I never jumped of basic and used xojo and B4X to develop my software. I know its not C, Java, python or swift but my Software works perfect on PC or as an app on android.

I use the kbin website saved as an app on android home screen. Responding via kbin actually. So I can collect or respond to information from lemmy and mastodon without jumping around.
Other than that I also have jerboa installed.
I created a magazine and entered some tags for automatically collect information. I also linked a lemmy community via https link. It seems that I have to open the thread and then click a second time to open a browser web page containing the community. I have seen other magazines where you can select a linked community directly and jump to it with clicking a second time. Also the community is presented in kbin with the note on top thst the shown data maybe not complete. How is this done? My magazine created is [steamdeck](https://kbin.social/m/Steamdeck) see what I mean [\#kbinMeta](https://kbin.social/tag/kbinMeta)

I don't think that your concerns will happen. As the fediverse could be easy replicated and it is no problem to run an own instance federating with whatever you want AND be part of the rest.
My guess is that we will see more instances with different tastes if I may call it this.
By using tools like kbin you are also free to assamble the fediverse you want without the need to follow a single instance only.

Thanks for doing this ama!
Without revealing to much, what are your customers or is it pure research based?
A second question, is the code generated vulnerable often because using certain programming languages that have "known" problems or are the problems coming mostly from bad coding habits?

But release of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy limited edition set by Douglas Adams on May 23rd is a missed chance.

I think we cannot tell, yet. For now everything looks good, as you said, ooen protocol and decentralized.
But when the hype hits then suddenly money could talk and things could get worse unfortunate.
Lets hope the best and use it while it lasts
