As for batteries dying on your vibrators. Have you tried a mains powered wand vibrator? Plugs in the wall, no lithium battery to go bad and need replacing.
But if you want a more robust vibrator brand that does use batteries, try a designed by women for women brand such as Dame.

I'm sorry this happened and I'm trans so Ive certainly noticed how tough healthcare settings are for me, just getting basic care and being a family member. It does sound like you are so invested in this job, just absolutely obsessed with it. I'm not sure I've ever heard of this kind of excited mover and shaker type person in healthcare. From what Ive heard, it's more militaristic - stay within your role, follow the chain of command. Follow the medical and legal protocol or your superior is getting called, whom is actually responsible for all of your actions. Nightmare on the inside sounds familiar.

I had to drive to and from an appointment twice today (drop off and pick up)(not a school) and I faced like... A dozen moments of aggression from other drivers. From being cut off, to being blocked from merging. Some dangerous, others harmless. Just a dozen pointless but intentionally rude moments. Usually I'm getting tailed on the road by huge trucks with bright lights, but today I was spared from that, so that's kne thing to be grateful for. Fuck cars. I'm so done with driving, I haven't been doing it for a decade yet and I'm exhausted with it.
I bought an Optiplex 3080 SFF and bought upgrade parts for it but now it isn't running and I don't have enough troubleshooting skills to tell if the MOBO is dead or if the power button is dead. 😅  I can potentially shoot the ebay seller message to beg for product support. I had it running with upgrade parts in for about 10 seconds and I held the power button to force it off. I assume I had it running once or twice before then, with the original configuration, too. It ran immediately after the "releasing extra power" trick where you unplug it and take out the CMOS battery and then hold the power button for ~15 seconds. Then put it back the way it was and close the case. - Using non-original power cord - PSU seems to pass BIST (no button, the light turns green for a few seconds and turns off when the power cord is plugged in) - Have original parts and upgrade parts, can take out or swap out RAM, storage. CMOS battery replacement? I have never done motherboard troubleshooting. **UPDATE:** Edit: Yes it was simply the CMOS Battery. Popped a new 3V 2032 in there and the thing is running just fine with the original hardware. **Second Update:** I contacted the eBay seller and they had notes for me about how to troubleshoot it that were identical to that of this community. The seller was insanely helpful, as were the comments I received here!
I want to be able to manage and sort them. I use firefox, so both tags and folders are okay. manually exporting groups of them to like documents related to the topic I was researching (and then removing the bookmark) would also be okay. Furthermore, I find this community was... better curated to my tastes (Video essays, urbanism youtube, and infodump videos) compared to the simple "Videos" communities. Perhaps I'd like a c/Nebula since most of my favorite creators are now on Nebula and youtube is on a downward spiral. EDIT: The creator / moderator of the instance replied! Video discussion is the #1 thing I want to do on social media. I love videos and want to talk about em.

I found an account dedicated to spam posting "enlightened centrist" talking points and pundits. Their name itself is part of the advertising. They even would post the same content across multiple communities, without cross-posting. And not just political stuff, they posted the same meme about 4 times without linking them. I know this sort of thing happened all the time on Reddit and essentially it was hopeless because of how the corporate power structure worked. "Politics" and "News" communities seem especially "apolitical" (that is to say Neoliberal) and hands-off "free speech to the end user" about what is posted. I'll frequently see a lame article, sensationalist headline, instead of the first source or the most informative one. Or I'll see a great thread about a great news story - and someone reposts the same content the next day with better timing, and it will be weaker journalism with weaker comments - yet more people will see it. Now this doesn't constitute abuse, but it will be just as permissive of abuse of the system as Reddit was. I've also seen threads asking about where to find good sources, how to find accurate journalism... without much great advice. It's sort of an acquired skill, but we have the potential to help people acquire it.
