Very different games but I would say Gran Turismo is better.
I do like Rage Racer more than both of these though.

It really would be the perfect way to leave Ducati.
I wasn't a big fan of him either but this year I've changed my mind. I noticed more about him and the closeness with Aleix and do feel for him being overlooked for the factory team. It's all fuel for the fire though so I hope he can show them.
I'm getting quite excited for next year with all the teams/drivers now confirmed.

That's not much to go on but some general docs I've recently enjoyed are,
- The Contestant
- The Edge of Everything
- Sicko
- Queen of Speed
- Finke: There and Back
- Rubble Kings

I'm not sure how I feel about mid-gen upgrades.
I'm all for something like the PS2/PS3 slim or Xbox 360/One S but a PS4/5 pro and One X just don't interest me.
I also kind of despise the whole smartphone upgrade path that is the norm nowadays so I really hope consoles don't continue the same way.

Yeah I've read all the books up to The Vanished Man now. Initially I did chose them because I love the movie and every one so far has been great.
B0NK3RS 1 week ago • 100%
I finally finished The Vanished Man after 3 attempts at starting. The book was great but I just couldn't get myself to focus long enough to get in to it properly but it was a really good read.
Next is Slow Horses and I've managed to get stuck in straight away on this one. I really enjoy the TV series so looking forward even more to the books.

Spending hours online either on Phantasy Star Online or in the Dreamarena chat rooms.
Getting Shenmue and Shenmue II on launch days was a special time.

The Long Dark
Survival game set in the cold Canadian wilderness. Most "survival" games are actually just boring crafting games but TLD is very different for me as it is mostly about exploring in the freezing cold with natural predators around to keep you on edge.

The game makes for some beautiful photos but I still haven't got around to playing Cyberpunk 2077 yet. I guess the awful lunch left an impression but I think it's time.

It's been a few years but I remember some unofficial patches that improved the game for modern times.

Management games where I can play really slowly and focus on small details, normally on very hard mode too so a lot of the easy ones don't make the cut.
Football Manager and Software Inc are probably the ones I go back to most often.
Also 99% of the games I play I never complete...
Challenge accepted. I really hope we see JSR Future again.

I'm not going to argue my point any further but I will say, use it all for what you want. Absolute loyalty, which you seem to have, is pointless.
Xbox 360 game played on the Xbox One. Brothers in Arms games are some of my favourites and Hell's Highway is at the top.

I like the fact they tried to compete with Steam from the begining. I have a large library of games and some real gems that I wouldn't normally look at.
EGS is ok, GOG is ok and also Steam is just ok too for what I want from a store/launcher.
No digital game store is worth your loyalty.

I say it's worth a watch. Also when it comes to movies/tv and books it's best not to compare them too much and just take them for what they are individually.

Actually looks like a nice bit of kit but not for £20.
Steep is such an under appreciated game. I dont think it sold well so was often dirt cheap but it's a beautiful chill experience.

Have a look at the Fractal Design Pop Silent case, it is matt black with zero LEDs or glass. I have one myself and it's a great looking case.
As for upgrading a workstation it's easily doable but it depends on the size of the case and getting a suitable 75w GPU.

I don't think I've ever 100% a game. I don't care about achievements and I've finished the campaign/story on many but I rarely go back to any.
It's easy to get lost in photo mode for hours in GoH trying to get the perfect battle shot.

Biggest for me would be going online with the Dreamcast. At home I was online with the DC before we had a PC so used it quite a lot.
I probably spent to much time on Dreamarena chat rooms and playing PSO with randoms.

I go back to it a couple times a year. My wife and I got all the achievements together so have good memories playing it.

PS5 ui is actually quite bland but at least it isn't crammed full of useless shit like the Xbox dashboard.
I find the aesthetics of Xbox are actually nice but again they fill the dash with so much stuff it's a mess and intrusive.

Just a recommendation for television, film and more in a podcast. It's becoming one of my favourites to listen to and the Q&A episodes are very interesting. It is [also on YouTube](https://m.youtube.com/@TheRestIsEntertainment) but I prefer the audio form.

Is there such a card? I've owned my XFX RX 6600 for about 2 years now and it's a great card but making the step to 1440p has limits. In my opinion PC gaming is in an almost ridiculous place ATM with prices and marketing so... Also thanks for any help and please explain why you suggest a certain GPU. New or used doesn't matter. [More Pictures Here](https://ibb.co/album/VY21wX) Earlier this year I decided to re-home and give away my main setup (180L) and focus on this little shrimp tank. It was previously used as a quarantine tank (approx 20L) but now is home to about 30 to 40 cherry shrimp (up from 15ish when I started).
I'd completely forgotten about these until this article. Not gonna lie I kinda love the Xbox version...

The book is 280 pages (thick gloss paper that seems high quality) in total and has some decent weight to it. I've posted some random pages above. I'm not a games collector anymore but I do have a GDEMU full of games so now I can read though and easily try the ones that look interesting.
It's a fan project based on JSRF multiplayer. I haven't checked on it in probably a year and it has (sadly) been dropped by the dev now.
Not all the articles are about renewable energy but they are all interesting to read.
Exciting stuff! I really hope MrNeo24 keeps going with the project.
I've been watching the channel for a few years now and find the setup fascinating. Also many more great videos on his channel so highly recommend.
Something new to add to the bookshelf and it looks like a good quality hardback from the video.
Just some random vinyl stickers I had made a couple years ago. Never actually used any...
Personally I had to wait a little longer but there's no denying that 9/9/99 is a special date.
I bought these at the end of 2022 from [Lost In Cult](https://www.lostincult.co.uk). As time goes by I find myself more interested in stuff like this that can bring me joy every day. [More Photos](https://ibb.co/album/vDQNnr)
There are still some relatively well received games on this list. Obviously there is a reason for some (NBA/NHL etc) and others have had slight variants on other consoles but games like Toy Commander being left behind is sad news.
Painting courtesy of my kids from 2020. Gotta teach them the way it's just a shame they didn't enjoy the game...
Inspired by the Jet Set Radio series and it looks fantastic. I was waiting for early reviews to make sure it wasn't a disaster or anything so plan to buy it myself asap.
It's been a few years since this was released but it is a great resource to have. I believe a physical edition and even more in-depth version is in the works but dont quote me on that. [Download Link](https://www.mediafire.com/file/245ngvo57zmv281/A+to+Z+of+Dreamcast+Games.pdf)
I was interested in the original StrikerDC controller but so far haven't bought one myself. This version goes wireless and removes the VMU slot but by doing so it just looks awful.
I mean who doesn't want to watch a 6 hour video of the Alpha Trading office from Shenmue! Seriously though it's a great channel and shows off what is so special about the game.
