Where to commission short story

Pretty much the title. I don't know much about writing and nothing about freelance stuff. I'm looking to commission a short story, just a couple pages, but no idea where to go for that. Is there a community on Lemmy for such things, is here a good place to ask, any websites that are reputable, etc?
