Steam summer sale is on - Sim 3 bundle is 76% off and Sims 4 content is on sale as well

I'm Canadian but I expect this sale is on for other countries as well. This also means if you are in the USA -- the price for you to get the Sims 3 bundle is even lower. (EDIT: Note that the bundle doesn't include the Base Game which is required but can also be bought off of steam.)
