I want to change all my reddit comments to point to Lemmy before deleting my account. What's the best way to do that?

Title. I plan on deleting my account soon but want all my comments to point people to lemmy. I know there are several ways to do so but I can't remember what they are. I did a search here before posting but nothing related came up.

I'm planning on changing my comments to something like:

Edit: Moved to Lemmy

but is there something better I can say?
