What program are you running?

I'm currently on Sheiko Gold and I love it. Lots of medium to medium-hard intensity volume. Double deadlift days are a blast and I'm making good progress. Recently got a 208kg (460 lb) block pull and am really happy with it, and hope to pull that weight in my meet at the end of July.
