I'd recommend trying any methods that don't require a pressure cooker. Your best bet is uncle ben's or broke boy tek.

If you followed proper sterile procedures, used a SAB, and if you got the MSS from a reputable source, it's not uncommon. Congrats! Great start! I always wait for the mycelium to colonize the top of the agar before making transfers

Oh, you're talking about senescence. New growers are always concerned with it. G2G transfers are generally good to do about 3-4 times, could be more depending on the genetics and the quantity of grain spawn.

This one is my second G2G, it should still fruit nicely, but next generation I'll probably start from spores again.

It was actually a grain to grain transfer but yeah you're correct, I started with mycelium and not spores.

Me too! Yeah, they definitely drop spores, they have reverted from most typical APE features, but still pack quite a punch.

Did you have better performance using yuzu for BOTW? I've been using Cemu and it's great, but I've always been curious.
