Yellowing spots on nasturtium

There are some yellowing spots on my nasturtium leaves, and I haven’t been able to figure out what they need yet! Any idea what they need? Fungus growing in the soil

I have some plants growing outside and when I was planting a new one, I noticed the soil had a fair amount of white puffy fungus growing beneath the top soil. Do you all have any recommendations for fungicides that are safe for nasturtium and pothos plants?
