The sensitivity of the microphone in CS2 is really bad. Unless you yell at the mic, it will not pick up what you said. This has gotten me into arguments with my teammates, because they thought I was ignoring their calls.

Can't we stop with the eSports news about CS on kbin? I understand that this magazine was created as a substitute for reddit, but now that the globaloffensive subreddit is active again, can't we think of a way to distinguish it from reddit? I suggest that we make this more of a community about Counter-Strike and ideas and discussions around it, not a pool for regurgitation of eSports news. I don't care which team frozen goes to, or elige, or anyone for that matter. I am of the opinion that this platform should try to distinguish itself from reddit, and discussion/news about the pro scene should be limited.

Because gungame has much better weapon progression and maps, and it always had newer maps and casual and competitive players enjoyed it a lot. Valve basically dumbed down the gamemode in order to make it more palatable to players, and when it turned out to be boring to newer players they just never wanted to play more.
My opinion is Valve should not try to add community game modes to the main menu, because it creates a false impression. Just ask yourself, can you say that Valve can support Surfing servers? How many maps will they support? 10? 20? 30? Can the Surf mode be summed up in 30 maps?
Also, Surfing in CSGO is very dependent on tickrate, so we don't know how it would feel on Source2 either.

There were some reports about Surf being a new official gametype like Arms Race and Flying Scoutsman but I really would like Valve to not mess up Surf like how they messed up GunGame and ScoutzKnivez.
