Financial institutions that are Business-friendly?

I'm trying to move and consolidate two business checking accounts to one account at a different institution. I visited or called three credit unions and a local bank today but most of them were short-staffed so I didn't get much done.

Where do you have your accounts? Are you happy with the place you bank?
