Are there any AI voice overhauls?

I was wondering if there are any mods for LE or SE that add AI voices to Fus Ro D'oh silenced dialogue? I thought we'd see a revolution in Skyrim modding with the explosion in neural networks and LLM tech in the past year, but the only thing I have found is that one follower (herrika?) that a lot of smaller youtubers seem.... "engrossed" by in a slightly weird way. No other followers, nor any more generalized functionality in any mods.
