Quest 3. How do I get away from fb as much as possible?

Hi, not sure if anyone could see my message because i'm posting from lemmy

I'm thinking about getting a meta quest, but being a huge enemy of fb(sometimes I have fb blocked dns-wide), I don't really want persistence of fb on my quest 3
