Nine people killed in Chaplinka, where Ukraine hit social center

Nine people were killed in Kherson region, where Ukraine hit social center for the elderly people on November, 3rd.

7 people were wounded. This center was open when Ukraine hit it using Himars.

In Dokuchaevsk (DPR) Ukraine killed two people in their flat, shelling Himars on civilians.
