[Bug?] Drafts missing from sidebar and option missing from sidebar configuration page

I can't find my post drafts anywhere.

I can search settings for "drafts" and the option to show Drafts in the sidebar shows in search results but it doesn't actually appear anywhere on the sidebar config page to be enabled.

Am I missing something here?
