[help] how to solve mess with bookmarks/folders?

Hey folks! There is a lot of mess in my bookmarks, folders, etc. and I am looking for a semi-automatic way to catalog them. I have in mind sorta lil' machinery that groups documents semanticly according to scraped text.
Is that too hard?
