the Libgen for tabletop RPGs and similar

Hey folx, a cousin of mine is looking for a recently-published manual of D&D 5ed. I am not into this stuff but I would like to ask the community whether any libgen-like archive exists about tabletop role-playing games and similar.
If the libgen way is uncommon, which approach would one use otherwise?
