Good standalones?

I've read Small Gods, Pyramids and The Truth as standalones. I've read the City Watch subseries and up through Lords and Ladies of the Witches subseries. What are some good standalones I can look at for my next palate cleanser since I am not ready to go back to Maskerade yet?
