[Marxist dialectics] In writing literature, how much context should be explained before the topic?
(I know this post is about Marxist dialectics, not historical materialism; but there seems to be no community for Marxist dialectics.)
:::spoiler When it comes to essays, context is generally explained before the actual topic; but under dialectics, nature is interconnected. Context could be relevant to all other systems.
Examples:
-
Explaining a legal case would require a piece of literature to first explain legal systems that are qualitatively relevant. However, dialectics asserts that nature is interconnected. In this case: the legal system is connected with history, humans, science, etc.
-
(A dumb example: Anime being somehow related to capitalism or Hitler because all systems would be related to each other.) :::
Then the writer would need to explain all these other systems and how they relate to each other, including the relevant topic; however, this amount of writing would be difficult due to multiple factors:
- The human lifespan. (Affected by health.)
- A lack of time to finish writing.
