Kimchijeon aka Kimchi Pancake topped with a mix of short fermented May Turnip and fresh Scallions
Hey everyone! Nice sub you started here! I needed something to make me feel better so I made this. I used mostly cornstarch and just a little flower, it turned out super crispy after frying it low and slow.
