Custom mugs/t-shirt recommendations?

I'm looking for recommendations for custom mugs and t-shirts. I know I can have them made online, but I'd love to find a shop where I can actually see and touch the mug/shirt in person before buying.

I'm in the Tokyo region (Chiba). Any idea?
