Suggestions for bedside dash?

Hi there! I'm presently in the search for a bedside dash.

I first started off with the nest hub 2 (mic stays muted) and would cast my dash to it. Love the size of it and the quality of the hub, but it doesn't get dark enough for me at night.

Next I went for the lenovo smart clock 2. It definitely gets dark enough at night, but the size is a bit too small for my tastes.

So I'm looking for a happy medium. Potentially something with an AMOLED/OLED screen, that will allow for me to have a black background and a white digital clock at night, while not being too bright.

Any suggestions?
