Easier way to add articles

I'd like there to be an obvious way to add articles to magazines. Currently I have to somehow realize that I need to do it through the plus sign in the upper right. It's also shared with all magazines, so a surefire way to add articles to the magazine I already have open would be great.

Wile writing an article, you could also expand what OC means and how it's supposed to be used. I assume it stands for Original Content, but what does that actually mean in the context of kbin?
