Hi beer lovers. I'm just finishing a trip in Belgium and Amsterdam. I tried a lot of beers during my stay. I took notes. While I'm sure I can find some/most of the beers I've tasted back home in Canada, I was wondering if there is an app, or a website, that can recommend other beer based on my own tastes. Like, if I rate the beer I drink based on my tastes, the engine could recommend other beers of a cumuler kind and taste. I've been searching such a tool for half an hour and I didn't find anything that resembles this. All the beer apps I've found so far were to rate beer, and find local places where they sell your favourite beer. I want to discover new beers. Any suggestions?

I've been a craft beer nerd for nearly a decade, and I've been working on getting a place open with my friends since 2019. We finally opened this weekend, and it was an absolute blast! We all think the beer turned out great, and apparently so did everyone else. If you happen to be in the area and have a chance to drop by, mention this post and have a pint on me! I found this at my local Total Wine while browsing the shelves. Not much of a detailed review here but I thought it was really good! I was curious about the chili peppers but it's hardly noticeable at all. Maybe I’m odd, but I’ve been really enjoying sour beers lately. I seem to just find the same ones over and over in stores though. Any good recommendations for sour beers I should try to find? Bonus points if they sell online!

I know Budweiser calls itself "the King of Beers" but who decided they get that title? Isn't Yuengling the real king of beers? I need to know.
I have a tradition of trying new beer on Thursdays. I don't work Fridays. So, no worries about putting on a buzz.

They imparted more of a subtle smoke flavor than smoked malt. I guess I haven't been paying attention because I just found another Trappist brewery that I was not aware existed. Apparently opened in 2017. Has anyone tried this? I'm going to pick up some this weekend and report back.
We agreed that Other Half was a better.
